1. All Sales Are Final: All ticket purchases for T98 are final. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. This includes situations such as change of plans, inability to attend, or failure to meet age or entry requirements.
2. Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets purchased for this event are non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match the attendee's valid government-issued photo ID presented at the venue entrance.
3. Event Changes: The event schedule, artists, lineup, or venue is subject to change without prior notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund. We strive to deliver the best possible experience but cannot guarantee the appearance of any specific performer or exact schedule.
4. Event Cancellation: In the rare event that T98 is fully canceled by the organizers, the refund process will be announced through official communication channels. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only to the original payment method used during booking. Service charges, convenience fees, or processing fees may be non-refundable.
5. Rescheduled or Postponed Events: If the event is rescheduled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, etc.), your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be provided for postponements.
6. Denied Entry: No refund will be issued if entry is denied due to:
- Failure to produce valid identification,
- Violation of age restrictions,
- Possession of prohibited items,
- Disruptive behavior or security concerns.
7. Technical Issues During Booking: In case of duplicate charges or verified technical errors during the transaction, attendees may request support by contacting our customer service team at support@electricnights.com. Such cases will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed at the discretion of the organizers.
