T98 provides digital services such as event ticketing. As such, no physical products are shipped. However, for compliance purposes, the following delivery terms apply.
Digital Delivery: All tickets and service confirmations are delivered electronically to the email address provided during registration. Delivery is typically instant upon successful payment. In rare cases, email delivery may take up to 5–10 minutes due to network delays.
No Physical Shipping: We do not deliver any physical goods via courier, post, or shipping companies. All services are fully digital and delivered online.
International & Domestic Orders: For buyers outside India or within India, since no physical shipment is involved, traditional shipping timelines do not apply. Your digital purchase is delivered immediately via email and is also accessible through your account dashboard (if applicable).
Delivery Confirmation: Upon successful payment, the system sends a confirmation email containing ticket details or service access information to your registered email ID. Please ensure your email is entered correctly at checkout.
Responsibility: T98 is responsible for ensuring the digital delivery of your tickets/services. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, network issues, or email provider delays.
